All bookings are subject to advance reservation. Rates are subject to change without prior notice and tours is subject to weather condition.

All transactions should be done through email (inquiries, changes, and proof of payment).

All reservations must be confirmed and guaranteed on the given option dates or unless prior arrangements are made.

What is stated in the itinerary that they bought will be followed. In case, that clients want to change the itinerary they must inform the service provider for cost adjustment.

All given rates cannot be published for any online bookings.

Once the customer confirms the booking service, it will be considered binding contract. Cancellation refunds will depend on the guidelines below:

Cancellation made less than 2 days prior to tour date – Booking Fee – Non refundable.

Cancellation made 7 days prior to tour date – 50% refund of any Booking Fees paid.

Cancellation made 10 days or more in advance – 80% refund of any Booking Fees paid.

Cancellation due to acts.
